About Us

Limpsfield Memorial Stores and Post Office is a community-owned general stores and post office located in the heart of Limpsfield Village in Surrey. It has been owned and run by the community, for the community since 1999.

We are owned principally by local residents who formed the Limpsfield Village Stores Association back in 1997.

The shop and post office is manned by a small army of dedicated volunteers, as well as three employees: our Manager, Di; our weekday Morning Assistant, Charlotte and our Sunday Morning Assistant, Fraser.

The continued success of Limpsfield Memorial Stores and Post Office is largely down to our amazing volunteers, as well as to the loyalty and goodwill of local residents and businesses who regularly shop and post with us.

Known for our selection of fresh produce, delicatessen items and sweets and treats you can’t get in the supermarkets, we provide both everyday essential products and services, as well as gifts for special occasions… as well as friendly service with a smile.

*FILLED! SUNDAY MORNING ASSISTANT

We are on the hunt for a Sunday Morning Assistant from August/September.

Limpsfield Memorial Stores and Post Office has been run by the community for the community since 1999.  Most of our roles are voluntary and this is one of only a few paid roles.

Post Office Services

With the banks disappearing on the high streets, our local post offices are playing a more important role than ever before, offering everyday banking services as well as postal services, courier services, online shopping collections and returns.
