We are busy behind the scenes readying our store and Post Office so that you and your loved ones can have a very special Christmas
We are now taking orders for turkeys: these free range birds are locally reared by Stockenden Farm and pre-ordering guarantees you get the size you want. Orders must be taken in person and turkeys will be ready to collect on the mornings of 23rd and 24th December. If turkey isn’t your thing, you can also place fish and meat orders, produced by Weald Smokery, so that your Christmas lunch is one to remember.
November also sees the return of our hugely popular mince pies, lovingly made by Plaxtol Bakery. These will arrive twice a week, with more regular deliveries closer to Christmas. And we will have plenty of special savoury and sweet treats too. Then from December, we will be stocking creamy Isle of Kintyre mature Scottish cheddar, packaged in a Christmas pudding-style truckle.
Whether you’re posting Christmas cards, sending presents or requiring special delivery for that festive surprise, our Post Office will be here to help you. If you’re posting abroad, don’t forget you can save time by completing customs data first at www.postoffice.co.uk/icdc
